Pistachios has Permanent Jewelry! Available in sterling silver, gold fill, and solid 14k gold. Schedule your appointment below to add a piece to your permanent collection. As of now, our permanent jewelry is appointment only and we require a $40+ deposit to secure your 30 minute appointment time. This price will go towards the final cost of the jewelry! (ie- if you choose a $150 option, you pay $40 + tax online to make the appointment, and then $110 + tax will be owed when you arrive at our gallery). We ask that you call for our walk-in availability.
We’re happy to accommodate groups, simply select the amount of people in your party from the dropdown below! For larger groups, please contact us. We will not install permanent jewelry on anyone under the age of 14, and ask that people under the age of 18 arrive with a parent or legal guardian. We do have clasps that we’re happy to weld onto your custom cut chain to make the bracelet removable so that the whole family can enjoy the experience!

Pricing
Right now, our prices range from $55-$185 depending on the chain type, material, and length. Each price is able to be viewed in the dropdown menu below! The $40+ deposit to secure your appointment time is put towards the final cost of your chain. Appointments are available at $40 for every 30 minutes. Please select how many people are in your group from the drop down below and you will be charged accordingly.
Available Chains
Most of our chains are viewable in the photos, and we’re always finding new ones to add to our collection! You’re more than welcome to specify which chain caught your eye in your order notes, but most clients pick their chain the day of their appointment.
Repairs
We’re more than happy to repair any permanent jewelry chain – even if you didn’t get it from us! For repairs on ‘Looped’ bracelets from Pistachios, please select ‘Looped Repair’ from the drop down menu. The repair is free if the break was on the jump ring and caused by a welder error, otherwise a small $15 fee will be owed for the new connection. For repairs on bracelets that aren’t from Pistachios, a fee of $30 is due. Please select ‘Repair – Other’. In certain situations, the chain will not be salvageable and in that case you will need to receive and pay for an entire new bracelet.
For solid gold bracelets, the repair costs vary and will need to be quoted by our gallery director.

Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package the items according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods will be thoroughly examined and safely secured. We ship to thousands of customers daily in different countries. This shows that we're committed to be the largest retailer online in the world. There are distribution centers and warehouses located in Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipping, we will inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
